Shipping Policy
Courier Guy is our preferred shipping partner. Standard road freight delivery times are 2-3 days and Pudo Locker delivery times are 3-5 days.
Our reliable shipping partner, Courier Guy, adjusts their prices only under extreme circumstances, yet they remain reasonable. The cost will be displayed at checkout, from (location a) to (location b).
A security code will be send to the customer via WhatsApp or SMS on the day of delivery, which will be required on arrival.
Return & Exchange Policy
Willow Event and Design products aren't insured in transit. We follow a quality process before dispatching to ensure the highest quality. If, however, there's product damage or you're unsatisfied with the product, please send us pics and note what the issue is, in order for us to come to fair resolution. If it so happens that the products are required to be sent back, the onus on the customer to return it at their cost, packaged properly to avoid damage.
Willow Event and Design doesn't offer refunds but will supply a voucher to the value of the product purchased, less the courier fee borne on us. The voucher will be applicable for 2 (two) years.
In exceptional circumstances, Willow Event and Design may decide to refund the customer based solely on the discretion on a case-by-case basis. This will be done via the same payment method used, less the courier fees.
